This BRK(MD) smoke alarm uses a photoelectric sensor for smoke detection, ensuring reliable protection. The unit incorporates patented OptiPath(MD) technology designed to provide unobstructed 360° access to the smoke alarm, as well as a 10-year lithium backup battery. This product features a strobe light with 177 powerful synchronized LED lights to emit an effective visual and audible warning intended to wake hearing-impaired residents. When multiple units are installed, the strobe lights flash in unison. This product is covered by a limited 10-year warranty.
