The Lutron Pico wallplate bracket lets you mount a Pico remote or Pico keypad over an existing wallbox, or directly on almost any wall surface, so it looks like a wired wall control. Use it with a designer-style wallplate, such as a Lutron Claro wallplate (sold separately).
