Additionally, the light flashes differently for smoke detection and carbon monoxide detection. It includes a sealed lithium battery, eliminating the need for battery replacement. Its built-in photoelectric smoke sensor reduces false alarms caused by cooking smoke or shower steam. It also uses an electrochemical carbon monoxide sensor for increased accuracy.
