Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1 business day after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing the next business day. You will receive an email with tracking details once your order ships.

Free Shipping

Standard Shipping is free on orders that weigh 50 lbs or less and total $399 or more. The order total is calculated after discounts and promo codes and before taxes.

Free shipping does not apply to:

  • Orders weighing more than 50 lbs
  • Conduit & Strut products, which ship by freight and are quoted separately

Shipping Methods

  • Standard Shipping: free on qualifying orders (see above). Orders under $399 are charged the rate calculated at checkout.
  • Standard Shipping - Over 50 lbs: for orders heavier than 50 lbs. The rate is calculated at checkout.
  • Express Shipping: faster delivery. The rate is calculated at checkout.
  • Priority Next Day: next business day delivery. The rate is calculated at checkout.

Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout based on the method and your delivery address. Estimates may change because of weather and carrier delays.

Where We Ship

We ship within Canada. Product-specific restrictions, such as size or weight, are noted on the product page where they apply.

Tracking

Tracking numbers are emailed when your order ships. You can follow your package on the carrier's website.
